Eligible for the Bonus on probation period if the employee quits the job?

Bonus amount is for the employee who has worked minimum for 30 days. He will be eligible to get bonus minimum 8.33% to 20% of his actual salary minimum 7000 to maximum 21000. Employer can give any % bonus as per his company policy. Above 21000 no one is eligible to get bonus, but it depends on the employer if he wants to give bonus to the employee.

Yes he is eligible for bonus if he has worked for more than 30 days and Basic Salary is not more than 21000/ per month.
