We are Mumbai based IT company (5days working) and have 12 leaves +12 festival.
Now we are reconsider our existing policy, as per bombay shop establishment ammendments
-is 18leaves are compulsory? Currently we are giving 12 only per month one leave that's it
- we have sandwich leave also

We are thinking to add 5leaves as sick leave with sandwich policy.
Do we have any rules/act to decide number of work from home or its upto employer?
