INFO:UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURRED WHILE SINGING. EXCEPTION =NULL how to solve error.

Tried all solution of this given error, installed mozilla version below 48 (32 bit) and also Pale Moon 27.5 (32 bit). Still facing the same error. If anyone has found out the solution Kindly revert
