Can We Deduct The ESI, PF & PT When An Employees Is Under Suspension

Dear Sir
When an employee joins on last day of the month i.e 30.11.2013 how can we contribute his pf? please provide me the details.

Lexmikanth,
You will be paying the salary for 30.11 along with the Dec salary.With the basic+DA of Dec you add the basic+Da of 30.11 also and
deduct 12% of the sum.
