Dear member,
If your salary as defined under the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 exceeds Rs 10,000/- pm then in that case you will not be entitled to get bonus from this month onward.

So you mean to say if a person is drawing his Basic + DA more than 10000 then he will not be entitled for bonus right?
