1. The course I suggest is "English Fluency in 100 Hours...Guaranteed" by English Club International (link: [www.ECintel.com](http://www.ECintel.com)). This course is very effective.

2. If you are looking for classroom coaching, try JTS Institute (link: [link outdated-removed]). The trainers at JTS are excellent. They even offer a money-back guarantee for their English training programs.

Nisha,

Good to know that you don't hesitate to seek help where you are weak...

There are a few ways to develop your English skills. Read books that interest you a lot. Talk to your friends or colleagues in English even if you make mistakes; this will definitely enhance your confidence. Watch good English movies, which will make you feel comfortable when the other person is talking to you fluently. If possible, chat with your friends online when you are at home or with colleagues if you have intranet. The easiest way is to read and write.

Wish you all the best...

I believe that if you first take the thing out of your mind that you are not so good at English, it will surely reduce your problem by about 50%. Later, be confident when you speak with people. No problem if you don't give a full essay-type speech, but whatever you say, put 100% confidence in it. When you are free, stand in front of the mirror and talk in English by visualizing that you are speaking to another person.

That's all, my friend. Don't take so much tension. Stay calm and cool.

Goodbye.

Hi All,

My fiancée is into NON-IT (Business Development) and she is not from a convent background. Now the problem is that she wants to do an MBA and is also looking for a change. However, her English is not fluent at all. I can say that she is not confident in speaking English with me, neither with her clients nor colleagues. Please suggest how I can help her in improving her soft skills.

Hi friends, your posts are all good. I, too, have a kind of problem that was mentioned in your post. My problem is when I go to the podium to present my presentation in my class, I couldn't do it. Some sort of stress is coming. I can't make eye contact, and the words are not coming from my mouth. Guys, please help me to get rid of my difficulty.
