Project On Talent Management - Talent Mangement

ya i hv seen the post, those are very good but o require more data on talent management.
i ws wondering if i can get report so dat i can hv a look for wat all should be included in talent management report . i just need to hv subtopics dat shd be included in report. cn u help for dis.
and cn anyone plz share their report on talent management.

I keep posting messages requesting people neither to seek copies of reports nor post reports. Most bloggers may be ethical; however, some are not and they copy and submit reports as their own.
Probably, you have seen the instructions at the top of the page requesting people not to upload entire projects.
If you need more on talent management, I suggest that you search the web, like I did.

I have to do a project on " how any firm manages the talent avialable"(talent management) which a part of my post graduation course.
Therefore can somebody suggest me how to go for the project and where i can find the data related to the firm talent management system.
