Planning to share an Assertive communication / behavior skill quiz with employees

I am designing an assertive communication/behavior skill quiz for employees. I would appreciate your suggestions on how to develop the content for the quiz. I have started with some communication statements that are aggressive and passive, and I need to convert those sentences into assertive communication.
