Unexpected error occurred while signing. Exception =null : sortout : Use Internet Explorer11

While trying to approve KYC files on the unified portal of EPFO, it is showing an error 'unexpected error occurred while signing. Exception = null'. Also, the same message occurs during new registration for Establishment at EPFO's unified portal.

To successfully complete KYC approval and registration of new DCS, it is recommended to use Internet Explorer 11. Using Mozilla or other browsers may result in an exception error due to security reasons.

While we have trying to sign application with dsc on pmrpy web site and then after click on home button then error are accure “unexpected error”.

This problem occurs because all major browsers have dropped the outdated NPAPI plugin, which is required for digital signing of documents. So, please install the Pale Moon browser and follow the instructions given in the attached file.

After installing Pale Moon, I am also encountering the same error while trying to approve the DSC. An unexpected error occurred while signing.

You may try Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. Add EPFO website link to the Java settings. If your DSC is expired, you may renew it online from www.eurekainfotech.in. Feel free to call 9749373200 regarding Trademark, EPFO, Digital Signature, Digital marketing, Web Designing, etc., services.

Java update also uses Internet Explorer 11; however, the same issue appears.
