Recently, I have joined a software company as an HR Executive. Prior to this role, I worked as a Recruiter. In my current company, I am responsible for developing all HR policies such as leaves, working hours, performance appraisals, etc. Our company has a staff strength of 25 employees. Since I lack experience in core HR, I am facing challenges in formulating these policies. Therefore, I would appreciate suggestions and ideas from all of our friends regarding policy development.
