Branch offices - want to know all labour law provisions if employees are on HO office roll

Labour laws, like any other law, require that the branch follows the laws of the location where it is situated. The location of employment is a major factor that must be taken into consideration. Compensation components such as minimum wages, working hours, holidays, DA, HRA, etc., vary from state to state. Generally, the primary guidelines are mostly the same, but the minor points differ from state to state.
