Requesting your guidance on this : We have engaged some employees who were having old IP (about which our previous HR wasn't know) after joining as a routine proceedure we have generated new IPs(4115615680date-01/04/2016 to continue. But now because of two number they are not able to get Smart Cards & avail benefits. The regional ESIC inform to continue old IP (4111160114)date01/04/2006 to 31/03/2016& transfer contribution from new number to Old number .my mom hospitalised very serious issues but superficiality option not available.... Request suggest on this.
how we insert the old IP number under our employer code?
what is the process for that?
