Thank you all very much for the input. I searched online for places where ESI is not implemented; Coonoor in Nilgiris is mentioned there. We are in Gudalur and Pandalur Taluks of the Nilgiris. Could you please advice me as to where I can find info on whether Gudalur is an included area or not?Once again thanks for the support.

best is contact nearest local office of esi to know your area is implemented area or not and ask for notification
