Exploring SAP HR Projects and Career Opportunities in Hyderabad

Can anyone kindly let me know about any SAP HR upcoming projects in Hyderabad as I am very new to SAP-HR and have heard of this forum from a few of my colleagues. Just that I have joined this forum now. At the same time, I have domain experience in Core HR, so I am not new to the HR functions, but I am more interested in becoming an SAP-HR expert. I am a fresher in SAP as I have recently completed my SAP course. I have tried to find help regarding SAP HR projects, but all in vain. I would be grateful to all the senior HR fraternities if they could guide and suggest me to have a better career in Hyderabad.

My name is Mangesh Matte. I have 5 years of experience in Finance and Insurance (sales) and I am looking to transition into HR. I am currently pursuing an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Pune through distance learning and have recently relocated to Hyderabad for career development. I am also undertaking a professional course related to Finance & Services.

I am interested in pursuing SAP in HR to facilitate my transition into the HR field. Will obtaining SAP certification help me make this transition successfully?

I suggest that you go ahead, but being an expert in one field would be appreciated rather than gaining knowledge in parts. So, you can give it a thought and take a step according to your plans and aspirations.

Rekha has given the right judgment. We can't stick to a particular location for the job, especially not in this current boom. It is difficult to get a break itself nowadays in any company, and we can't be location-specific for that. On the other side, in Hyderabad, there are good companies working on SAP for which experience is something the flavor, no doubt of getting a job here.

There are a lot of institutes in every nook and corner starting from SR Nagar to Ameerpet, on different SAP functions. According to my survey, Methodix is one of the institutes that is rated high when compared with any other institute, located in Begumpet.

I'm not a senior; I'm just a member of Cite HR like all of you. For your information, I'm not into SAP HR; I'm into Core HR functions in an IT company. However, I do have an idea about SAP HR, and I also have many friends working as consultants in various locations. This is how I have developed an interest and gained knowledge about its functionality.

I hope that in the future, I may explore opportunities in this field.

Thank you for your guidance. One of my friends completed the SAP-HR course at Methodecx when there was a good faculty, but unfortunately, there is no longer a good faculty there. That is the reason why I didn't join, even though my friend advised me against it. Could you please let me know if it is possible to pursue SAP while working a job? I would appreciate any advice from friends.

SAP HR is good at an institute called Version IT. The faculty is a real-time consultant working with a top company for more than 5 years. I suggest this information might be useful for those who want to learn. I completed this course 2.5 years ago at the same institute and found it beneficial as I received an offer from Patni.

I have over 3 years of experience as an HR executive in an MNC. I took a break for almost a year and now I am in search of a job again, either in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
