Dear Members
I am running educational institute in Maharashtra in Fire / Industrial safety Engineering, redg under Charity Commissioner u/s 1860, apart from Education we are supplying manpower for handling fire fighting in govt/ private organisation and also participate in tender for the same when it come ;
I would like to know what kind of permission/ registration is required for providing this kind of services, presently we are registered in EPF, Service Tax.
Can any one tell me or guide me whether ESIC attract us or any other statutory registration is required to do this business
