Short Notice period - company has ceased her relieving letter, and considered her case absconding

syboriba
She is entitled to the relieving letter from the company, but she should not even ask for it. I see that she is a good employee and the company doesn't want to lose her. Her attitude towards work is enough to take her far.

If a company is not paying salary continuously for 03 months and the employee has asked many times about the salary but could not get any response from the HR/Finance department of the company. Before joining another company for the well-being of himself and his family, the employee has joined another company.

In this situation, can an employee join another company without giving resignation?

Yes, Mr. Praveen,

Such an employee can join another company in such a case, but he should not only send his resignation letter citing the reason as non-payment of salary but also he should go to the Local Labour Commissioner to recover his pending salaries and other benefits.

I am working in a company. 8 months ago, the management told me that they would send me onsite, but they did not, even though there is an opportunity. They want to send some other guy instead of me. So, in this case, what should I do? I feel it's intentional.

I have not received my appraisal yet. I have completed 1 year and 4 months. Generally, they give appraisals after 1 year (heard from my colleague). I asked my manager about the appraisal last week, and he said it will be in the first week of February.

Regards,

Well, Tanya is ready to pay and forgo her entire salary for the month, but the company states that they want her to pay them in a few lakhs. They sent her to Europe for training, which was 3 weeks and 5 months prior. When she returned, she did train and implement all the necessary processes. Now, these new tactics are making her feel even more miserable, due to which she is not able to work in another company. Is this fair? She has not signed any bond or any agreement before her trip to Europe, but still, it's not like they sent her to Yale or Harvard for 6-8 months. What are your thoughts on this?
