Payment for what? to use the software? It is free of cost. If asking abt the payment details to PF then you should deposit in SBI Bank as usual.
Once after generating the Contribution then export the report into .txt format and upload the same using E-Seva

As you said it is very use full. You shall save all the data in that tool and you shall use the same for annual return generation also.

It is not required ti submit. However, Form5 and Form 10 are required to be provided to the members while joining and leaving as per amendment dated 4th May 2012.
