I want ask you some thing
Are there is an equation or method to calculate the load capacity for the scaffold?
Can any one show me an example?

Dear Kesava as I understand sleeve coupler should be used for joining horizontal pipes I. e. Ledger and not standard as these couplers are not designed for compression load.
The design of sleeve coupler should be such that it should overlap more with two pins on one member.
Dear DILIP while using joint pin joints should stagger and not come in same plane.
