Hi Bala,
As Mr Babu suggested i would say the same thing,wait and work on areas where you have not scored good.
We all have so much to learn to make ourselves grow, then why not take this feedback as a learning experience and start working towards the low points. Even if this is the perception of your team leader then also you get a chance to introspect and remove all the obstacles that may come in the way of success.
