HR Role In Resignation Acceptance

Hi All:
My friend has got his resignation acceptance letter after 80 days of his resignation. Now struggling for the releiving date, i will keep posting about the recent developments.

Hope your friend is receiving his salary in time and good to hear that his resignation letter is accepted.
Once resignation letter is accepted, within stipulated period of time, Employer should complete all pending formalities without further delay and relieve him ASAP. Hope employer will do his best rather troubling your friend.....
