The Terms are explained Below.
*OH = ??
*OD = ??
*CA = ??
*CL = Casual Leave
*CO = Carried Over
*EL = Earned Leave
*HL = (in lieu of work on) Holiday Leave
*LWP = Leave Without Pay
*SL = Sick Leave
Cr. B/F = Credit Brought Forward
Cr. C/O = Credit Carried Over Note: Credit B/F and Credit Carried Over are used when the Salary Payable after deductions is rounded off to nearest Rupee or Nearest Ten Rupees. The Amount Excess (-)/Short Paid (+) is carried over and the the same is Brought forward next month for adjustment.
