PF - Employee Pf [Thread 268187]

Hi .
Suppose one employee having monthly salary Rs 8000, but due to his Pay off leave he is present only for 20 days. So his net earning for tht month wil be arroung Rs5500, Which is lesser than Pf limit Rs 6500.
My Question is , do this employee have to pay PF ?
