Dear Ms Sanjukta
I am not showing interest to search candidates for free of cost as, we do have better works to do.
I have posted that for those candidates who wants job and will apply even to irrevelent positions.
Being in HR field cost and CTC should be calculated , if a candidate cannot do these calculation how productive the candidate will be. you are best judger for that.
Why dont you call up an MBA college and talk to placement manager. You will get candidates as per your requirement. I am not here for marketing for MBA colleges, but atleast your company will be benefited.
