Applicability Of PF & ESI - Employees State Insurance

Hi Akansha,
Im working in a MNC I have completed my probation (6months) but they dint gave any hikes. Now they are saying me I have to work again 3 months in probation after that they give hike. Nw im thinking to leave this com. So hw can I get Pf, ESI pls help me.
is their any mistake pls sorry

I have heard that the PF applicability is changed. Earlier it was 20 employees or more. but now it is 10. But I didnt find in on net about it. so if anybody is having any information regarding it. then plz let me know.
