Since you're already employed, I suggest you to go for IGNOU because this university has study centre at almost all palces in India.They are conducting contact classes at sudy centres which help you to clarify your doubts every now and then.

As you are working now, you can opt for Pondicherry university, distance course. its offering MBA (Finance & HRM) through distance mode. it is total 2 yr course with 4 semesters and the total fee for 2yrs is only 16000 which is very afforadable and it is recoginsed university. admissions are open now, please visit its website and please enclose the attached documents for admission for your reference.
