Is Medical Alowance Taxable To Employer Under FBT ?????

Thanks for your valuable input, but its still not clear as some are replying in positive & some in negative.
If someone has any authority / copy of act which says it is table or not, please forward.

FBT charged to employer, but the same cane be recovered from employee as other allowance or recovered under reimbursemnet
