It is useful since i'm New Hr Executive from UAE M.Saravanan but I don't have Enough ideas on it becz i'm basically BE CSE Holder.I dont know fortunately or unfortunately i have just joined here and i'm working well but i need enough ideas on it and i would humbly ask you that how could i develop myself further(Need Guidanc how to do MBA Online and HR Courses) .I know you seemed as Highly experienced since i could get lot of golden points regarding this .
