Hi People,

Can anyone here tell me why we need to have a witness signature at the end of the employment bond/agreement? And if it has anything to do with legalities, can you suggest who are the right people to have as witnesses? I am an HR professional, and we are planning to start off the bond process in our company too, but I am confused about the witness issue.

Hi all,

I'm the newcomer in this forum. I have a problem here. My superior asks me to prepare an agreement to bond one of our new employees. From past discussions, most cases have been about training bonds. However, my case is different. The situation is that the selected candidate requires us to reimburse him for 2 months' salary due to his early termination notice to his former company, on the condition that he be bonded with us for a minimum of 1 year.

Could anyone assist me regarding this matter by providing me with a sample bond agreement?
