How do I use the 9-box grid in Excel?
9-Box Grid Template - Step by Step User Guide
In the settings sheet, you will see the following information in a 9-box grid format:
- Define 2 axes - Default are Performance and Potential.
- Define 3 levels for each axis - Default are Low, Moderate, and High.
- Define names for each of the 9 boxes.
- Define descriptions for each of the 9 boxes.
