Hi HR professionals,
I have 3 years of experience in the HR domain and I am now planning to pursue a diploma in Labour Law. I would like suggestions on the future scope of this field and the industries where I can experience growth upon completing the diploma.
Thank you.

Dear Colleague,
In the ease of doing business scenario, my personal suggestion is please do not waste your time in doing any diploma. If you are keen to do any part-time BL or LLB, then it is different, and you are most encouraged to do so. But doing a diploma in labor laws will be of very little use for your career growth as in the future there will be only 4 Labor Codes existing. These labor codes you can have by self-reading or attend any open training program where you can get deeper knowledge to the level of your practice in the Industry. No need to do any diploma.
The future will be bright for DATA SCIENCE or HR ANALYTICS where you can really enroll and learn, or you can become an IT Recruiter by learning the different hiring tools and techniques which will really boost your career. This is my view based on the emerging scenario.
