I am Satya. Manager HR. Working for one of MNC Company. We are having more than 63 Branches in different locations in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Gujarat. I am facing lot of problem to take their attendance . We had Installed Bio-Metric Machines, but their ours employees are tampering the machine. so can any one can help me in this regards that is there any other solutions for this or any software.

Why not try attendance system on mobile which tags the employee location or may be the attendance software needs to be controlled from a central location. Change the password of admin, make strict guideline to IT team and am sure you can control this. Remove the RFID card and use only thumb impression. Now the issue you may face is with employee coming with different excuses like I hurt my finger, I had applied mehandi etc. For this you can have multiple fingers registered or take a proof of the same on incident basis.
Ask the regional HR to be little more serious on the case.

First send an immediate circular to all branch offices regarding importance of bio metric machines and cases of alleged tampering.
Then instal CCTV near the machine to capture details of personnel using the machine or keep a guard in the area who can monitor the machine.
Tendency of employees to tamper needs to curbed on priority basis.
This tendency is dangerous and can reflect in other areas also.
Combination of technology and counselling to adopt right methods is necessary.
