Hello,

We're a Skill Development Company and have recently launched a Training Center of our own, wherein we have purchased/rented all kinds of equipment (electronic/non-electronic), furniture, etc. We have the list of assets made, codified, and labelled. We now want to float an undertaking form and get it signed by the Property In-Charge at the center.

Kindly advise on the points that should be covered in the undertaking. If possible, please share the format.
