Settlement process of leave encashment will be calculated from basic or basic 50% or form ctc......kindly help me.
If the person leave bonus comes around 66days and his salary ctc is 20000 and basic is 10000. This leave encashment is calculated from basic or basic 50% or from CTC. Kindly help me.
