In September 2014, I moved from one organization to another organization. I served 1.4 years in the old company. While relieving, I submitted Form 10C and Form 19, and they processed the PF clearance. However, the issue is that recently (2 weeks ago), I received two messages stating that "PF settlement claim ID: member account * approved for payment through a cheque. Payment is under process," and the second message stating that "Form 10C (Withdrawal benefit) claim ID: * account no: ** rejected. The rejection letter is under dispatch."

My queries are: Until now, I haven't received either the cheque (for PF) or the rejection letter (for Form 10C). I would like to know when I may receive them. Is there an option to check online to track the letter as well as the cheque? Should I contact anybody instead of waiting for these letters/cheques? Please provide your valuable suggestions to get my PF/EPS balance. Thanks in advance.

Update to my post: PF money has been credited to my account, and the EPS form has been rejected due to my mention of "I mentioned to get scheme certificate." This information was discovered by my employer, and I have resubmitted my Form 10C today to receive the amount.
