I am Dinesh, I'm working as an HR Executive at a software company. I am totally new to this HR field. Now, my MD has asked me to create the Performance Management System for software developers and testers. So, kindly provide tips on creating the performance management system for developers and testers.

Dinesh, a visit to the 'EmpXtrack' website can be educative in this regard. Their Performance Management System is used by the IT company that has developed the software. Interestingly, many other IT companies, big and small, are also using this software.

Maybe you will find something worthwhile to share with your MD. However, you have to put in some effort to understand and create your solution.

Right now, I am providing consulting services on PMS to one of the companies in Ratnagiri, a coastal town in Maharashtra. Establishing PMS in your company requires a deep study of each department. Based on the study, KPIs are developed, followed by KRAs. Studying the department is essential as there is no one-size-fits-all formula for establishing PMS.
