Hi octavious,
GJD.
Its quite informatory but it could be more informative If we add more information like attrition rate, attendance rate for the whole month, employees strength with their salary level and employees shifting information from one project to another project, from one floor to another floor and from one Team Lead to another Team Lead (If any) as it effect on their performance level too so this also should be considered in MIS report. Looking for suggestions from all the members.

Hi,
Lot of stuff shared. Thanks Octavious. I also feel instead of having all this in a different docs you can prepare 1 excel work book with different sheets with each sheet representing 1 detail (like 1 sheet would show the headcount with their details, 2nd - new joinees n their details, 3rd attrition, 4th welfare activities, 5th HR initiatives or issues and concerns, 6th Recruitment report, etc....... You can also prepare a pdf format at the end of the same with graphs. This would give a better and easy access when you submit it to your higher authorities.

Vinitha
