Hi,
I am learning a lot from CiteHR, and I find lots of useful material. I have learned a great deal that is very useful for training myself and others like me in college, the community, and the office.
I am excited to share something and contribute here, especially about my first contribution. Soft skills are crucial, and the important ones to start with are communication, body language, dressing for success, negotiation, email etiquette, and telephone skills. All of these are increasingly important in our daily lives.
It is essential to understand and improve these skills first, as they are vital in various aspects of our lives. Starting with simple things is beneficial for everyone. A PowerPoint presentation nicely explains all these concepts across many slides, making you ponder.
Currently, my account does not have permission to attach files, but I am eager to contribute and share valuable resources for everyone's training and learning here. I am sharing a link for people:
[PPT Slides Soft Skills Training For Everybody](http://pptslidestream.blogspot.com/2014/01/ppt-slides-soft-skills-training-for-everybody.html)
I would like to thank everyone for supporting and encouraging my learning. I have also noticed an improvement in my English after reading all the posts and learning.
Thank you, friends.

Hi Paruljn83,
First, I am also facing the same problem of not knowing how to download. Then I started reading everything and found that they explained everything easily, including how to download with all screen instructions for us. I am sharing the link on how to download. In this guide, they show a visual download guide, making the download process child's play.

Hi Binu,
Good to see your first contribution. I think a lot of people have benefited from it, going by the number of appreciations you have received. That's quite a start!
What I found particularly nice was you taking the time to go to the lengths of showing people how to download. I really appreciate that. It must have taken time and patience on your end just to be able to put that together :-)
Right. So what I really want you to do now is take the time to post a review of the ppt as I think it really contributes to community sharing and learning. Along with that, you are free to even discuss your own methods of learning, and these too are particularly important as many people tend to download information on their devices but never go back to utilizing them. It's the latter that matters.
As I say, to build a learner's community, someone has to have the enthusiasm to lead and demonstrate as it just sets things for the rest of the learners in the right direction. Won't you agree?
So I hope you find encouragement in my words and take all the time you need to accomplish this. You have all my help and assistance just as I have all your appreciation for the PPT's I have posted here.
Thank you,
Andy

Hi all,
I am posting a review of a PowerPoint presentation for everyone who wants to learn more.
I have been wanting to do this earlier, but a lot of work has been occupying my time. Now, the time has come for only this.
The "Soft Skills for Everybody" PowerPoint covers 6 major skills out of many, focusing on:
1. Effective Communication
2. Body Language
3. Dressing for Success
4. Negotiation Skills
5. Email Etiquette
6. Telephone Etiquette
Each topic can have its own separate PowerPoint presentation, but it is a good starting point to learn a little first together and then practice. I do the same. As I become more curious, I want to learn more. I read more on the site and learn about specific topics in detail.
In the PowerPoint, all parts have the same structure for learning – first, they explain the definition where necessary. Then, various types are explained. Picture examples and diagrams are also included to make everything clear. Basic skills are covered, and more is shared.
I practice one skill per week like that. I keep one book to write and notice how my improvement is happening. This method helps a lot and adds to my skills. Soft skills are very important for workplace relationships to run smoothly and professionally. I have come to understand that now after doing all this.
I hope all who want to learn can benefit from this review.
Thank you, Andy, sir, for the encouragement.
