it means source the employees out of the internal business,it is all about source the candidates fulfil the company needs by third party, there are many outsourcing company's like Adecco india,Team lease etc.
Their work will be hire the candidates deputed the client place, for these activities they charge some percentage on candidates gross salary. And they will taking care of every thing like payroll,pf,other employee benefits.
