Hi Seniors,
I have to create an annual health checkup policy for my company. Can you all please help me with this? I need guidance on how to formulate the policy and what key elements to include in it.
Could you also provide any sample policies that could assist me in this process?
Thank you.

I wanted to know your suggestion on implementing the medical checkup policy for employees aged above 40 and what should be the frequency. Given the post-COVID scenario, is it advisable to have a medical checkup policy in place? Our organization is a mid-sized BFSI Fintech client.

@NileshTalashilkar,
Why not? In fact, people in that age group would appreciate this gesture, and with 2+ years of experience with the pandemic, there can be adequately safe measures for implementing the policy as well.
