A quick question for you: The space you are looking at entering is cluttered and very crowded. In fact, it's now a commoditized market where the distinct advantage remains with the first-movers who incidentally also have high-quality product offerings. Apart from the overcrowded market, I feel that you do not know how to devise the product as well. If you want to start an English Institute, then designing modules should be your core competency. Forget about selling your product; you are asking for help in the designing stage itself.

This will reduce your efforts in attracting students to your institute. You can also consider broadening your English offerings. For instance, you could create a specialized module for housewives. Additionally, you can develop a module for corporate employees focusing on skills such as drafting, letter writing, and presentation skills. You might also consider establishing an English Club at your premises for practice classes where both old and new students can come and practice with minimal supervision and guidance. This will help keep your institute busy, creating a better image. Think of some innovative methods to set yourself apart. Good luck!
