HRA is 50% of basic for Metros and 40% of basic for non-metros. (max limit) TA & DA - No standard % of basic is applicable. Pon

Dear Laxmi,
Generally, in an organization, CTC/12 represents your monthly CTC. 40% to 50% of the monthly salary will be allocated to Basic. The HRA amount will be either 50% or 40% of the monthly Basic salary, depending on the case. DA is 65% for Central Government employees and 63% for Bank Employees, calculated on the Basic Pay. The percentage of DA is determined by your company's policy.
Regarding TA, there is no fixed percentage. You can set this component as a fixed amount based on the company's needs.
