11. Estate maintenance
12. Looking after day-to-day office activities
13. Recording attendance and checking attendance register
14. Preparing various MIS
15. Assisting with the preparation of the budget
16. Implementing financial policies and procedures
17. Establishing and maintaining supplier accounts
18. Ensuring data is entered into the system
19. Assisting with the annual audit
