Dear sweta,
There are different type of loans pertaining to the different situations.
eg:for marriage-shd have 7 years of service-50% of emper share-F-31
for education:same service-same %
for treatment-self& family-no min service-6 times of wages or full emp share.etc like this.
depending upon the criteria, loan amount will be varied

Dear Sir,
I have one query! If an employee avails loan from EPFO. His regular contribution and repayment in regular installments of loan is continuing regularly without any break. But unfortunately he died after paying 4 instalments and simultanously his pf contributions being made.
Will his death benefits and pension will be paid to their nominee.
Will his loan get freezed or will be deducted from Pensioary Benefits?
Awaiting for your reply Sir.

Dear Mr.Prasad,
Actually that is not a loan. Its a advance withdrawal from his account. No need to repay.
He will avail all necessary benefits suppose if he dies during service according to EPF rules.
