A PPT THAT SHOULD NOT BE MISSED BY ANY 'SITTING' MANAGERS.
I am pleased to share this PPT, which is more meaningful to those who sit continuously in the office for many hours a day.
Read and learn the truth about 'sitting'.

Hello! I have reviewed your text and made some corrections for spelling, punctuation, and formatting. I consolidated the paragraphs to have a single line break between them for better readability. If you have any further revisions or specific preferences, feel free to let me know!

Dear AVS,
What these slides are describing is absolutely right, but nowadays, people who work in corporates, BPOs, and IT companies tend to do their jobs while sitting only. In this case, what can be done when they don't have any facilities to engage in any kind of exercise or self-exercise at their workplace?
The slides are more advisable and acceptable, yes. I agree with that, but the issue is that people can't exercise at the workplace except for some individuals. This is the current scenario in most companies. However, this is an important aspect of maintaining human health.
Thank you for sharing.

Thank you, friends, for your valuable comments.
@JP: Thanks for your response. Please note, a few BPO/IT companies have relaxation centers attached. Walking for a few minutes inside the workplace is the right solution if nothing is available.

Dear AVS,
Truly wonderful PPT! Thank you for sharing such a useful one. I think it is high time to sit up, or rather stand up, and take notice of the damage being done to our bodies in trying to be efficient?

Dear AVS,
Thanks for sharing, but I am afraid to forward this to my GM because he may decide to remove all of our managers' chairs immediately. That's why I am not sharing it. Just kidding, but it's really good.
Thank you once again.
