Dear C.M. Prakash,
Thank you very much for sharing the PowerPoint presentation on the Peacock. Many workers are really in their comfort zone, just doing their routine activities. Therefore, I advise following the example of the peacock to be more results-oriented.
With best regards.

Dear Prakash,
Please don't mind, of course the presentation is very nice, but the concept of "Change Management" is not represented through the presentation, as the concept doesn't match with the theme actually tried to be presented through the presentation. Neither the "Peacock" (ruled by corporate Penguins), nor the corporate "Penguins" could adapt themselves to the ideas of each other, as depicted in the presentation. Corporate "Penguins" were not able to adapt themselves to the innovative ideas and existence of the "Peacock" worker and also "Peacock" was not able to adopt the suggested culture of "Penguins." So, the presentation factually does not give an appropriate message on the management and transformation of any change.
On the other hand, the concept more or less deals with the management of cultural diversity, not about the change management.
MY SUGGESTION: To make the presentation more purposeful, you may either change the heading, as "Cultural Diversity vs. Corporate Culture," or may add/modify something at the last parts of the presentation that may make people understand the importance of change management and how to implement that in any organization and how to adapt themselves to the change, in case you don't prefer to change the topic heading.

It is a very important lesson on management, but what should the peacock do? Should it follow the instructions of Penguin sincerely or preserve its identity as a colorful bird? Where should the peacock show its qualities?

Needless to mention, an innovative person need not lose his identity. He must preserve that. Otherwise, he would also be one amongst a flock of sheep and goats. In this presentation, the corporate leaders (penguins) did not seem to be interested anymore in innovation. They preferred the status quo.
