1. In what capacity have you known him? Please clarify.
2. Kindly provide us with your candid opinion about him regarding the following:

ii. Conduct and Integrity
iii. Character and Antecedents
3. Any other points that you may consider relevant in this context.

For the first question, they asked in what way you are related to him that is technical (direct) or non-technical (administration), whether he used to report to you or you worked with him in a different department.
For the second question, you should mention his quality in terms of a percentage out of 100 or out of 10. For example:
- Mention how he will perform in his job, how he used to initiate new processes (90% or 8 out of 10).
- Specify how he will demonstrate his trustworthiness.
- Specify how he will behave and coordinate with other employees.
For the third question, you can specify his other good conduct relevant or irrelevant to his job (participation in events/organizing any special occasions).
