I am also looking for an opportunity in Pune.I was working as an HR generalist in a pharma company in Mumbai.I have just 1.6 years of experience.And I have just recently moved to Puen an d is looking for a change in Pune.Well..I just came across your C.V. I shoud say that Im really impressed.I was working in an environment where there were only traditional Hr practicesbeing carried out (Recruitemny,induction,PMS,Leave Manaagement etc.) and where little attention was given to new intiatives by the HR department. As acknowledged in your C.V, that u have worked as a OD consultant, please tell me when exactly does an organization require an OD intervention..I mean to ask at what stage and what is the step taken to convince that it is required in an organization.
