Can any body tell me and confirm by giving proper statutory references as regards the retirement age of an employee in private sector? Is there any regulation for minimum retirement age other than EPF policy? Are the employers, especially in construction sector, can fix the retirement age on their own? Please do furnish relevant information in this matter.
