‘Don’t Worry-Be Happy’

These is the punchline delivered by a famous comedian Vivek in a recent tamil movie. He utters this words many times in the entire movie and his ‘words’ became a popular one especially kids.

On a observation I understand these words are very positive and powerful.

From thease words, we can derive more meaningful thoughts of ‘Human problems and happiness’.

It is a worth to analyse these worthy punchlines.

What decides our happiness and unhappiness?

Most of us have concluded that the cause of our unhappiness are our problems. But most of our problems are self centred.Happiness is not a question of having or not having problems.Everyone has problems, but not everyone is happy.

What is a problem? In most cases, the actual problem is not the problem, but it is our reaction to the situation.Treat every problem as a situation, since the word problem is a negative one.Let us not fix any problem, lets fix the ‘situation’.

As a first step let us stop worrying.Don’t worry

So how can we bring happiness in our lives?

The true sources of our general happinessare by:

-Loving ourselves

- Positive attitude and

-Giving to others.

On the professional front,in order to be happy,we must make sure that the work we do is the work we love to do.

At the personal level too,the things we love to do are the things, which will make us happy.

As a second step Be Happy!

Conclusion

Happiness has to be discovered from within.Discovered by discovering our true self.

When we are happy, every moment in our life will be pure bliss.

Abraham Lincon said “There is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way.”

Some movies really convey messages for our life. But still it is our choice to take them or leave them.
