We are looking to depute Manpower to Saudi region , can any one suggest me how can we go ahead.We have following options.
1 . To depute our manpower at Saudi. (not aware about rules & regulations )
2 . To outsource manpower at Saudi through outsource agencies in India
3 . To recruit new manpower at Saudi directly from Gulf.( not aware about rules & regulations )
4. To recruit new manpower from India to Saudi. ( not aware about rules & regulations )
but for all the options there may be some rules & regulations that i am not aware.
Kindly suggest or discuss on the same issue .
